It's amazing what can happen in just a few days. Today's ultrasound was not good. Sticky barely had any fluid left. I think it was around 1.3. This was very upsetting news, because it means his kidneys have stopped functioning.
The doctor told us that at this point the fluid is not as important, because his lungs should be pretty well-developed. The real issue is how big his kidneys grow and if they compromise his other organs. The doctor also said that we will not deliver the baby before 37 weeks unless there are signs of heart failure.
Today was hard after getting such a good report on Monday. I was instructed to stay on bedrest (as much as possible) and drink lots of water.
